The room was cosy and the personnel was hard-working. The hotel had a very central position close to Greenacres shopping centre, malls and transportation and the mall, restaurant. It also was close to the mall. I had a real good stay and would have stayed for longer!

Great hospitality and overall good experience. The breakfast was a decent spread. The location was centrally located with easy access to the city center. The owner was accommodating with some of my requests which I was not expecting. The bedding and linen were exceptionally clean.
The room was quite cold and the panel heater didn't work properly. It took a while to heat up the room which was quite uncomfortable in the mornings when I woke up.

The hotel had a fantastic location close to many restaurants and the Addo Elephant Park, with easy parking and a lovely garden and pool. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly, providing great tips for places to visit.
It was all superb.

Enjoyed my Christmas stay. Had an awesome time with friendly staff. the location is superb, as it is close to shops and restaurants. the breakfast was scrumptious, and the bed was very comfortable.
Honestly, there were no bad experiences. the entire stay was amazing, and I highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to the area.
